Return Policy Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive an item that is damaged or not exactly what you expected, we will do what we can to rectify the situation. In order to handle the problem correctly, please follow these instructions. IMPORTANT! Keep all the packing material that was used in your shipment. We do not accept returns of personalized items or One-of-a-Kind banks that were created especially for you. If you purchased a special order item, contact us before you attempt to return it. It may not be returnable or there may be an additional re-stocking fee. If you want to return an item: You do not need an authorization for returnable items. Simply repack it carefully in its original carton with the packing materials and return it to us at the address shown. You are responsible for return shipping costs/insurance. Please include a copy of your sales receipt so we will know who is returning the item. Items being returned must arrive to us in resaleable condition packed in its original box (if there was one). Once it is received, we will credit your original method of payment for the cost of the item only or send another item you requested. We do not refund your original shipping cost. We process credits on Friday. We will accept a return 30 days from delivery date. If you receive a damaged item: Please e-mail us at returns@wallstreetgifts.com. State: name of person who made the purchase, order #, item # , description of the damage and the Fed-ex tracking number that is on the box. Also, let us know if there was any visible damage to the outside of the box. Let us know if you want a replacement item or credit. We will respond immediately with instructions. ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
